They call me B. I grew up in a kitchen where every pot had a story and every plate was made with love. Caribbean cooking isn’t just food to me — it’s how my family connected, how my community celebrated, and how I learned that feeding people is one of the most meaningful things you can do.
I started B’S CARIBBEAN FOOD CATERING AND EVENTS because I wanted Tampa to taste the real thing. Not the watered-down, tourist-friendly version. The actual flavors I grew up on — scotch bonnet heat, slow-braised oxtail that falls apart when you look at it, rice and peas cooked in coconut milk the right way.
We operate out of 9910 E US Highway 92 in Tampa and serve events across the entire Tampa Bay area. Whether it’s 30 people at a backyard birthday or 300 at a church hall, we bring the same care to every tray we set down.
